The hardware is commodity. This is not. Each recipe is a stage machine with a band for every signal and the reason that band is where it is — including the ones that sound wrong, like a spawn run deliberately held at 12,000 ppm of CO2, or a shiitake room kept drier than a grower's instinct says it should be.
