Choose a crop and an area. What comes back is the full span the reference allows — the low end, the high end, and the midpoint between them — carried through the arithmetic. Anything the table cannot support is listed as refused rather than filled in.
240 crops in the reference carry enough parsed detail to project. The rest are still in the table — they are quoted in stems, blooms, cubic metres or per-cut intervals, and multiplying those by an area produces a confident wrong number.
