Why grow asafoetida in Bundelkhand?
Asafoetida (hing, Ferula spp.) suits Bundelkhand’s semi-arid, calcareous landscapes when you select the right site and management. It is a perennial resin-producing herb that fetches good prices in spice and medicinal markets.
