Teff (Eragrostis tef) is a small‑seeded warm‑season cereal known for fast growth, short stature and a flexible harvest window. In Malwa it can fit as a short‑duration crop in rotations, give a harvest from marginal soils, and serve specialty markets (gluten‑free flour, health food, bird seed) or local feed.
