Refunds

Fourteen days, no argument. If what you bought does not do what this site said it does, write in saying what you expected and what happened, and the money goes back the way it came. Digital goods cannot be returned, so there is nothing to send back and nothing to prove.

Refunding revokes the entitlement, which means the download links stop working. That is the only consequence, and it is automatic.

Versions

Everything sold here is version 1. Buying it gives you everything published under version 1, permanently, including material added to version 1 after you bought it. It does not give you version 2, which will be a separate purchase at an upgrade price for existing owners.

This is written down before the first sale rather than after, because the alternative — telling people who believed they bought "lifetime" that they did not — is a fight nobody wins.

The desktop licence

Perpetual, with twelve months of updates from the date of purchase. After that date the application does not expire, phone home, degrade or nag. It stops accepting builds released after your updates date, and the build you have keeps working for as long as the machine does.

The licence is a signed file checked offline. There is no activation server, so there is no activation server to go down.

What is free

Every article, permanently. The control software, permanently. The node build guide, the parts list and the wiring diagrams, permanently. None of it is a trial and none of it becomes paid later.

Payments and your details

Card and UPI details never reach this site — the payment form belongs to the payment provider. What is kept here is your email address, what you bought, and when. No card metadata, and no copies of what the payment provider sends.

International purchases are sold by a merchant of record, which is the legal seller for those orders and handles the tax in your country. Indian purchases are sold directly and carry GST.
