With proper variety choice and timing you can harvest multiple crops each year.

Climate and site selection

Methi prefers cool to mild temperatures. In Himachal select sites that are frost-free during the crop’s active growth. Low-elevation valleys and south-facing terraces warm earlier in spring; high-elevation sites can be used for late spring and summer crops if frost risk is past.
